RETURN POLICY


  •  STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY - NO REFUNDS
  • ALL FLASH SALE/SALE ITEMS are FINAL SALE
  • ALL ACCESSORIES / ACTIVEWEAR / INTIMATES are FINAL SALE
  • Items MUST be returned within 21 days from the receipt date or purchase date. No exceptions made
  • Please allow 3 business days for all return processing
  • Any returns past the policy will not be accepted

 

RETURNS PROCESS

  • Email info@mystyleonthego.com to confirm your return & request RETURN ADDRESS, STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE
  • RETURN item(s) with relevant documents/info & confirmation of exchange or credit
    • Please include original invoice or signed notification of the item and your personal info
  • E-GIFT CARDS are issued within 3 business days of the delivery and receipt of your return, once your items have been inspected and processed you will receive your store credit, with no expiration date
  • EXCHANGE items will be processed within 3 business days in line with return item policy.  Exchange items do not include free shipping

  • SALE ITEMS
    • ALL FLASH SALE/SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned
      • We do not offer price adjustments on sale items
      • We DO NOT price match.  We will not enter into price wars, undercut or operate as a discounter.  We offer a boutique & concierge type service that is often personalized and take pride in the value that offers our customers
  • RETURN MERCHANDISE MUST have original tags, be unwashed, unworn and in sale-able condition
    • All original boxes must be provided with return footwear, otherwise return will not be accepted
  • FOOTWEAR RETURNS
    • We will exchange footwear for replacement sizes, if the return item is unworn and in perfect sale-able condition (including the original box and packaging)
    • FOOTWEAR must be returned upon receipt
  • SHIPPING
    • Where FREE SHIPPING applies, this is only offered on the initial order, NOT on returns and exchange shipments
    • Charges apply for the exchange item shipping cost
    • We do not hold items for returns or exchanges
    • Pre-orders of back-ordered items may ship separately

     

    WARDROBE STYLING SESSIONS / ONLINE STYLING SESSIONS

    Please respect our Stylists time.  Your session is only confirmed and held with payment, as we do not want someone else to miss out on this special time with their Stylist, as we would expect you would not want to.  ALL SESSIONS are non-refundable.  If a session has to be altered by either party, we will honor the session with an alternative date and time.  If a suitable time cannot be found, a credit will be applied for a future date without expiration

    We receive new inventory on a regular basis & hope we can help you find something new if your purchase does not work for you
