STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY

Customer satisfaction is paramount to us and we encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases.

Stylists are always to hand to help you with style advice, what works best for you and sizing advice.  We receive new inventory on a regular basis and hope we can help you find something new if your purchase does not work for you. 

PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT issue refunds back to your method of payment and DO NOT provide return labels.  We are currently offering FREE SHIPPING, but NOT FREE RETURNS.

E-GIFT CARDS are issued within 3 business days of the delivery and receipt of your return, once your items have been inspected and processed you will receive your store credit.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned.  We do not offer price adjustments on sale items.

Please include original invoice or signed notification of the item and your personal info
    • We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We do not issue refunds back to your method of payment without exception
    • Merchandise MUST be returned within 21 days from the receipt date or purchase date.  NO EXCEPTIONS
    • Merchandise MUST have original tags, be unwashed, unworn and in sale-able condition
    • Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed
    • FLASH SALE and SALE ITEMS are FINAL SALE - NO REFUNDS / EXCHANGES
    • All ACCESSORIES, ACTIVEWEAR and INTIMATES are FINAL SALE
    • FOOTWEAR - we will exchange footwear for replacement sizes, if the return item is unworn and in perfect sale-able condition (including the original box and. packaging) and must be returned upon receipt
    • FAIRFAX & FAVOR are all special order and and non-refundable 
    • We do not hold items for returns or exchanges
    • Please allow 3 business days for return processing
    • Once your return is processed, we will email you an EGIFT CARD with your store credit for use on our website
    • Pre-orders of back-ordered items may ship separately
    • We DO NOT send return labels, so you can send the item back however you prefer.  FREE SHIPPING is only offered on the initial order, NOT on returns and exchange shipments.  Thank you for your understanding.
    • Any returns past the policy will NOT be accepted
    • WARDROBE STYLING SESSIONS please respect our Stylists time.  Your session is only confirmed and held with payment, as we do not want someone else to miss out on this special time with their Stylist, as we would expect you would not want to.  ALL SESSIONS are non-refundable.  If a session has to be altered by either party, we will honor the session with an alternative date and time.  If a suitable time cannot be found, a credit will be applied for a future date without expiration

    EXCHANGES

    • Exchange items MUST be returned within 21 days from the receipt date or purchase date
    • Exchange items must have original tags attached, be unwashed, unworn and in perfect condition for re-sale
    • Exchanges must be for the same item and only a different size request
    • We are NOT able to exchange for different items, unless an exception has been agreed and made
    • If you need a different size in your item, note your size exchange on your invoice and send it back to our RETURN MAILING ADDRESS above. If we do not have your requested size, we will send you an EGIFT CARD with store credit
